Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was great, close to food places and just 10 minutes from Milwaukee, but the room cleanliness and noise levels were disappointing. The friendly service somewhat made up for it, although improvements could be made in the level of service received. Overall, I had some issues but also some positive experiences during my stay.
The hotel was not clean, with toys left behind from the last customer, beads around the bed, limited TV channels, and disturbances from late-night construction noise. The staff's response to cleanliness issues was inadequate. I plan to contact corporate regarding these problems. There were white residues, stains on bed linens, broken deadbolt and remote, lack of curtains for light blocking, and lack of privacy. The emergency saved the stay momentarily.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient with easy access to Milwaukee and a good environment, but the area was a bit noisy at night. The service was excellent with friendly staff, including the bartender, although the cleaning schedule could have been better coordinated with guest activities. The dining experience was a positive surprise with a sit-down restaurant setting, but it lacked a variety of options. The rooms, however, were disappointing, lacking essential features like curtains for privacy and maintenance issues like a broken deadbolt and dirty surfaces. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was saved for emergencies.
